How do I make a perfect cup of coffee? TOP
Start with cold, pure water. It is best to run your tap water through a filter before brewing coffee.
Grind beans when you are going to use them. If you do not own a grinder then use your ground coffee as soon as possible. Keep coffee in an air tight container.
Measure one heaping tablespoon for every two cups of water. Enjoy a delicious cup.

We are a micro-roastery who roast specialty coffee. We roast in small batches to ensure freshness. We choose coffee based on quality. Our goal is to roast beans to their specified time and temperature so that in each cup you can taste the unique subtleties of the bean.
Where do you get your coffee? TOP
We buy green beans through our importer who scans the globe for superior quality.

Specialty coffee is the new term that describes premium coffee. Beans that are grown in ideal coffee-producing climates, have distinctive flavors, and are shaped by the characteristics of the soil in which they are grown are given this special title.
