Our Story

From small roastery to Niagara’s best tasting coffee

Started from the love of drinking great coffee.

Jennifer and Michael loved coffee. They struggled to find consistent quality fresh coffee. Jennifer was a teacher. Michael was a businessman. In 2005, out of necessity they learned how to roast their own coffee and start educating and supplying others in the Niagara Region with great tasting coffee. For over 18 years, they have roasted coffee weekly to ensure optimum freshness and flavour.

Perfecting the science of roasting, Michael and Jennifer ventured into creating smooth blends that bring out the unique expression different coffee origins. In 2006 they blended one of their most iconic blends to date: Velvet Hammer. Silky smooth, yet bold. They knew they had a winner. And to this day, it is one of the best selling blends Fenwick Coffee has to offer.
