Brewing Instructions for Each Method

  • French Press

    1. Use 1/2 cup of ground coffee or 42g for standard pot

    2. Pour boiling water over grounds

    3. Wait 4 minutes

    4. Press coffee slowly until it the screen is all the way at the bottom

  • Pour Over

    1. Use 15g of coffee per cup of water (250ml)

    2. Use fine grind for pour over

    3. Saturate filter with hot water

    4. Add just enough water to cover the grounds so the coffee can bloom

    5. Wait 45 seconds, and then add the rest of your water slowly.

    6. Your total pour time should be about 3.5 mins

  • Auto Drip

    1. Use 7g of coffee per cup.

    2. Follow brewing instructions on machine.

  • Espresso Machine

    1. Use 9g of Espresso per shot

    2. Apply 20lb pressure on puck

    3. Shots will take 18-20 seconds to pull if grind and pressure is proper

    4. Experiment with proper pressure and grind size until your shot takes 18-20 seconds and the machine is extracting in espresso range.
